As the owner of Melbourne Workplace Physiotherapy, Paul Romanin has much experience across numerous business verticals over 25+ years, including manufacturing, food processing, transportation and logistics & warehousing sectors across Melbourne & Victoria.

As a leader in his field, Paul Romanin consults & educates on workplace injury prevention & provides workplace assessments, including manual handling risk assessment, ergonomic assessments, pre-employment and health & well-being assessments.

Paul Romanin provides onsite physiotherapy treatment for employees. He is highly skilled in Myofascial Release Therapy, Injury Prevention, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Shoulder Pain & Low Back Pain.

Paul develops, supports & manages individual tailored return to work programs, with clear ongoing client communication to assist in compliance & supporting the returning to work journey.

Paul Rominan has worked onsite in the occupational & corporate workplace environments since 1997. He has previously worked as a physiotherapist in private clinical practice & in hospitals in both Melbourne & overseas.
